​Dear Clients and Family
We have been working hard at Niagara Learning Academy to implement our new programs this past month. We hope you are taking advantage of the new programs we are offering.
 This month we will celebrate Valentine’s Day and Family Day. Niagara Learning Academy will be open for Family Day. Therefore, if you are wanting to cancel your sessions for that day, please make sure to let us know ahead of time.
 
 
Our FREE English program has been doing well for its first weeks. We have been working on reading, summarizing main ideas and comprehension skills. For February, our focus will be on writing. Please remember, if you have a child (or a friend’s child) who does not take private tutoring lessons, they can still attend the class for $3.00. Cancellation Policies
There has been some questions concerning our cancellation policies, so we have outlined them below. When cancelling a session, in order to avoid any charge, it must be cancelled ONE WEEK before the session is schedule. As Niagara Learning Academy works with a number of tutors and clients, this gives us time to properly cancel the tutors and make any necessary changes to the schedule. If a session is cancelled within a week BUT with more than 24hours notice, a $10.00 cancellation charge is applied to your account. If a session is cancelled within the 24 hours of the scheduled tutoring time, a $20.00 cancellation fee is applied.
 
We are currently in the winter season and the roads sometimes are hazardous for driving. Therefore, if school has been cancelled and you are not wanting to drive for your tutoring sessions the same day, they can be cancelled at no charge. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
